Job Description: We are seeking a talented Microsoft 365 Dynamics Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, AX, or NAV, and will be able to provide technical and functional support to users.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.) to meet business needs.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom workflows, business rules, and plugins to enhance system functionality
- Develop custom entities, forms, and views to meet specific business requirements within Dynamics 365.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications using RESTful APIs, Power Automate, or Azure services
- Develop and deploy custom reports, dashboards, and Power BI visualizations to provide actionable insights.
- Implement and configure reporting tools like SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for business intelligence reporting
- Provide support for the deployment and migration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Work on system upgrades and ensure proper data migration, testing, and validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Dynamics 365 implementations.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.), including customization, configuration, and development.
- Strong knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in X++, C#, or JavaScript for custom development.
- Hands-on experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, SQL Server, and SSRS for reporting.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with DevOps practices
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
